Cyngor Ysgol - School Council

Diolch yn fawr i Mrs Hunt a Mrs Edwards am drafod a chasglu barnau ein plant am Dasgau Dysgu Gartref. Bydd y canlyniadau ynghyd a chanlyniadau'r Staff a Rhieni yn ein helpu ni i lunio ffordd ymlaen cytun gyda'n gweithdrefnau.

Many thanks to Mrs Hunt and Mrs Edwards for discussing and collecting our children's opinions about Home Learning Tasks. Their opinions together with the results of the Staff and Parents will help us to draw up an agreed way forward with our procedures.

Cymry Cwl - Welsh Language Ambassadors

Diolch eto i Mrs Hunt a Mrs Edwards am gydweithio gydag aelodau'r Cymry Cwl ar gyfer cyflwyno gem buarth newydd. Bwriad neud hyn yw i ysgogi ac annog defnydd o'r iaith Gymraeg tu hwnt a thu allan i'r ystafell ddosbarth.

Thanks again to Mrs Hunt and Mrs Edwards for working together with the Welsh Language Ambassadors to introduce a new playground game. The intention of this is to instigate and encourage the use of the Welsh language beyond and outside of the classroom.

The Council are pleased to announce that our school fruit shops are open.

• We have 3 shops; Nursery and Reception, Yrs 1-2, Yrs 3-6
• Payment - £1.50 per week via ParentPay (to be paid by 09:00am Monday mornings)
• Fruit supplied from a local supplier - Go Bananas

Pwyllgor Eco - Eco-Committee

Mae Mrs Williams a'r Pwyllgor wedi bod yn brysur cwblhau'r Adolygiad Amgylcheddol ac am rannu taw Mis Cerdded i'r Ysgol yw hi.

Mrs Williams and the Committee have been busy completing the Environmental Review and want to share that it is Walk to School Month.

Mae Mrs Davies McHugh a'r disgyblion wedi yn brysur trefnu arddangosfa rhyngweithiol i fyny lan llofft. Cyfle i'r disgyblion ymarfer sgiliau rhif gyda gem o Sudoku a dysgu enwau Mathemategwyr enwog duon wrth i ni ddathlu Mis Hanes Pobl Duon. Diolch yn fawr iawn i chi gyd.

Mrs Davies McHugh and the pupils have been busy organising an interactive display upstairs. An opportunity for the pupils to practice number skills with a game of Sudoku and learn the names of famous black Mathematicians as we celebrate Black History Month. Thank you all very much.
